A founder-led social studio for brands that measure the work.
Vort Social was started because the social category has been split in two: dashboards that ship metrics nobody can act on, and agencies that ship creative nobody can measure. We built Vort to sit in the gap — a small senior team paired with AI tooling that handles the volume work, so the human strategists stay focused on the thesis. Every engagement is founder-led; every post ships with a documented hypothesis about what it is supposed to move.
Our principles
Three things that show up in every engagement
Not a manifesto — a bill of materials. If a brief does not pass these three checks, it doesn't ship.
Build-in-public rigor
Every post we ship has a documented hypothesis, a target metric, and a review against it before the next post goes out. The work is visible to the client — Notion Monday, Slack Wednesday, dashboard always — so the strategy is editable in flight, not three months later in a retrospective.
Channel-aware, not channel-first
We don't pick a channel and then write a brief. We pick the ICP, the message, and the conversion event first — and choose the channel that delivers it cheapest. That is why a Vort engagement often looks 'uneven' across LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and X: each surface is doing what it is best at, not padding for a uniform report.
Outcomes over output
Posts, scripts, and video are inputs. We bill and review against outcomes — MQL → SQL rate, CAC payback, influenced ARR, retention cohorts — and the standing weekly meeting is about pipeline contribution, not 'engagement'. The work that does not move the number is recycled inside the same week, not three months later when somebody notices.

The Vort team
Founder-led practice · built in 2024
Vort was started by a former growth lead who kept hiring the same engagement he could not buy: a small senior team that understood paid acquisition, content strategy, and AI tooling well enough to actually hand off to an SDR. We are still senior, still founder-led, and still small enough that every engagement gets the same operator on the account from kickoff through the last weekly review.
